My wife, Marlo and I started our studio in 1999, and we often work together as a team. She is a strong presence behind the scenes, with a great eye for detail, infectious humor (she's funnier than I am), and a knack for making the day run smoothly.

My background includes experience as a news and feature photographer, management of custom darkrooms, and exhibited, long-term photography projects. I am a commercial and portrait photographer, and have photographed over 100 weddings throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. A love for fine-art documentary photography permeates all that I do.

We share life, three children and a small dog in our Minneapolis home.
